2020 Calendar Year End Statewide Payroll Meeting to be held November 23, 2020

Meeting:
On Monday, November 23, 2020 the General Accounting Office will hold a meeting to discuss calendar year-end payroll processing.  This will be a virtual meeting using Google Meets.


            Payroll CYE 20.1 - Monday, November 23rd, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
           
Location:
Registration for the virtual 2020 Calendar Year End Payroll Meeting is available through the Learning Center (TraCorp) Class Calendar.  TraCorp Course ID is PayrollCYE.  You will receive an auto generated email to confirm your registration. 

You will also receive a meeting invite for the Google Meets conference and phone number Friday, November 20, 2020.  The Google Slides presentation will be emailed in advance.

Registration Information: Space is limited, so reserve your place early

To register:

  1. Visit YES at https://hrsystems.azdoa.gov
    Sign in with your Username (your Employee ID Number) and your password.
  2. Click on “Employee Training” under the “Bookmarks” tab in the leftmost column.
  3. Click on “My Training” under the “Employee Training” tab.
    This will launch the Online Learning Platform (TraCorp)
  4. If you have not logged in to the Online Learning Platform Site before, you will need to use your EIN and initial password of “NewUser1” on the first login.  Once in, you must change your password before proceeding.
  5. Once logged in, at the top click “Library”
  6. In the search on the left enter “Payroll CYE or Calendar Year End
  7. Click on “Central Payroll Calendar Year End Meeting
  8. Select the "Payroll CYE 20.1"
  9. Select the “Register”.
  10. You should receive an email confirmation of your enrollment.

There is no fee to attend. 

SPECIAL NOTE: If you are having trouble registering in YES because you are getting a script error when clicking on the class, you need to delete your browser’s temporary files since we recently performed an upgrade to HRIS.  To delete your temporary files in Internet Explorer, go to “Internet Options”, “General” Tab, under Browsing History, click “Delete…” make sure the first option (Preserve Favorites website data) is NOT checked, check Temporary Internet Files, Check Cookies, and then press “Delete” at the bottom.  Close Internet Explorer, then open Internet Explorer and go to YES and try to sign up for the training again.

If you are unable to attend a session for which you have already registered,

  1. Once logged in, at the top click “Library”
  2. In the search on the left enter ““Payroll CYE or Calendar Year End”
  3. Then, under Upcoming Sessions, select the “Drop Out” button
