There was an issue with the ASET, Motor Pool and 2nd Mailroom billing for the month of June.  The ITIAD documents posted with a BFY of 2018.  ADOA has copied the documents that had not been paid and changed the BFY to 2017.  The original documents have been cancelled.  Characters 7 – 10 were changed on the copied documents from 1712 to 1713 i.e. AD000D171200 to AD000D171300.  If you have any questions, please contact Teri Martin at 602-364-4871 or [email protected].
