Users are experiencing intermittent AFIS access and receiving the below error messages when logging in. We are actively working on this issue and we'll provide an update as soon as possible.  

• RT11001: An unknown error has occured. Please use the back button on your browser to go back and try again.
• java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
