APP Suppliers Crosswalk

As you may already all know, the State of Arizona went live with the new procurement system on 10/22/2018 titled Arizona Procurement Portal (APP).  With the roll out of the new system, a cleanup of many of the supplier profiles was done and we worked diligently to resolve many of the supplier headquarter account issues that we were experiencing.

A full list of the suppliers that were successfully converted from ProcureAZ to APP is on the GAO website under AFIS Information section titled “APP Suppliers Crosswalk with ACH Information”. The crosswalk lists the previous AFIS ID number and address code along with the new APP ID number and address code.  All APP suppliers will now begin with the “IV” prefix and address codes will begin with an “I” prefix.  The supplier crosswalk will also list if ACH/EFT is available at the main vendor level or at the address ID level.

If you find a supplier or an address code was not converted to APP, in most cases, either the vendor never had any ProcureAZ payment activity, or the address ID was a duplicate of another address on file. We only converted suppliers that had payments from ProcureAZ since we went live with new AFIS in July of 2015. If a supplier was inadvertently missed off of the conversion list, please have the supplier register in APP directly at app.az.gov.

On or around 1/1/2019 all converted ProcureAZ suppliers will be inactivated in AFIS, so it is highly recommended that you start to use the new supplier ID numbers to avoid any delays in processing payments.

Please contact us at the vendor mailbox at [email protected] if you have any questions.
