Effective Tuesday, September 8, 2020, IETAT transfer documents to pay TPT and Use tax liability to the Department of Revenue (ADOR) (e.g., Accounting Template on the General Information of the Exchange Details section of the IETAT is USETAX), will no longer be routed to the General Accounting Office (GAO) for review and approval. They will be routed to ADOR as the final review and approval level.
As a reminder, please be sure to enter the confirmation number you have received from AZTaxes.gov in the Document Description of the Header section and do not attach paper return forms to IETAT documents. The confirmation number is provided to you after you successfully file and submit TPT and Use tax return on www.aztaxes.gov. Refer to the Monthly Process of Collecting and Paying Use Tax QRG on the GAO website for more details.
