On Friday, October 12, the Project Core Team, Steering Committee, and Project Board collectively confirmed the decision to go-live on Monday, October 22, 2018. The Arizona Procurement Portal will move into production and will replace ProcureAZ as the State of Arizona’s official electronic procurement system. Performance and workflow issues that caused the one week delay are remedied.

What’s next?

ProcureAZ documents will not be able to be processed after close of business on Friday, October 12th.

Access:

Users will have access to the Arizona Procurement Portal at the start of business (8:00am) Monday, October 22, 2018, if they’ve met the training requirements. Users will then receive an invitation to log in from [email protected], with APP credentials.

ProcureAZ is targeted to be available to all current ProcureAZ users starting at 8:00am Wednesday October 17, 2018. New suppliers may register in ProcureAZ to complete solicitation responses, but they will need to re-register in the Arizona Procurement Portal. No new State Agency users will be added to ProcureAZ.

Training:

Throughout September and October all current ProcureAZ users were required to participate in the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) training.  FAQs are now available on-line and training materials will be available Wednesday October 17, 2018.  If users haven’t taken training, please encourage them to do so before October 20, 2018 to ensure they have access. (See the APP website for more instructions on enrollment) Training materials and FAQs will be updated regularly to incorporate changes and feedback.

Support:

For several months after go-live, enhanced help desk capabilities will be available to assist with technical issues and questions. Users should follow the existing Procurement Help Desk processes for incidents/requests. Invoice issues should still be routed through GAO Agency Liaisons (see List). Users can submit APP related issues to the help desk team by the following means:
