Due to performance issues uncovered on October 4, 2018 the Project Core Team, Steering Committee, and Project Board collectively confirmed the decision to reschedule APP Go-Live date.  As a result… 

• New Go-Live scheduled for October 22, 2018 (one week delay)
• No ProcureAZ freeze on Friday, October 5, 2018
• ProcureAZ will be available until close of business on October 12, 2018 (new ‘freeze date’)
• Communications are in the process of going out to inform stakeholders of the schedule changes

The additional cutover week will allow for additional data validation and testing of the performance issue resolution.
