Budget Issues with Processing Documents in AFIS

During the configuration of a new budget control, several issues were encountered. 

If you are experiencing the following errors when processing any documents in AFIS in general, we are aware of this issue and are diligently working on a solution.  This also impacts POs and invoices integration from APP to AFIS.

• A severe error was encountered while processing the document
• The System wide constraint, Constraint ID 64, has been compromised.  Bounce the system and run the constraint amount recalculation batch job. (A3259)
• Budget Posting failed Posting Routine hit an exception
