Cash Flow Report FIN-AZ-GL-N339 has been added to AFIS infoAdvantage. FIN-AZ-GL-N339 is located in the Statewide folder. It will also be run as a Published report on a monthly basis. The Cash Flow Report will contain the following details:

• Beginning Cash Balance
• Begin Claims Payable
• Revenue Class
• Object Class
• Transfer In (4900)
• Transfer Out (9100)
• Cash Adjustment (non-revenue/non-expenditure cash adjustments)
• End Cash Balance

Agencies should use this report to prepare the report they provide to OSPB. It is the responsibility of the agencies to gather this information for OSPB; GAO will not distribute this information for the agencies to OSPB. Agencies will continue to use the current process for uploading information to OSPB.
