Security functionality for the Enter Error Corrections Screens, AFIS Screens 54, 54A and 54B, also known as AFIS Mass Change, has not been working properly. Inquiry access to these screens also allowed actual updates. Based on low volume of statewide usage of these screens, high modification cost to fix the security functionality and the soon approaching of decommission of AFIS, the GAO has made a decision to fix Inquiry access to only allow view capability, as it should, and centralize Full access.

If you currently have Inquiry access to the above screens, your access remains unchanged. If you have Full access to the above screens, your access has now been changed to Inquiry only. You would need to contact your AFIS liaison should you need to change an AFIS batch using AFIS Screens 54, 54A and 54B.
