CR documents are being accepted through email until further notice

In response to the COVID-19 virus, the State Treasurer’s Office is making temporary changes to our CR process, in an effort to assist in protecting all state employees.  Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020, agencies may send CR documents by email for processing until further notice. 

 

The following requirements are to be met before the CR document is emailed:

  • CR documents are to be approved at the agency level PRIOR to emailing the document to the State Treasurer’s Office. 
  • Please email the following documentation:
    • Copy of the CR
    • Backup documentation that does not include full account numbers
    • For direct deposits, please complete the Direct Deposit Listing Excel spreadsheet located on the State Treasurer’s Office website at the following link: https://www.aztreasury.gov/forms
  • Do not send bank deposit receipts through non-secure email.

Our office remains open to accept cash and check deposits.  The process will be business as usual with printed CR documents to accommodate the deposit.
