Detailed plans for the implementation of changes to US Bank P-Cards, ETC and CTA applications and cardholder agreements

As mentioned in the “Changes to US Bank P-Cards, ETC and CTA Applications and Cardholder Agreements, beginning August 27, 2018” web story posted on Friday, August 17, 2018, GAO will be reaching out to agencies with detailed plans and instructions on how to submit updated cardholder agreements for Purchasing Cards (P-Cards), Employee Travel Cards (ETCs) and Central Travel Account Cards (CTAs, also known as “ghost cards”).

GAO will begin with cardholder agreements collection for ETC and CTA cards. Cardholder agreements collection for P-Cards will occur in phase two of this process.

Beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018, GAO will be sending an attached spreadsheet that lists the agency's active ETC/CTA cards to the agency’s ETC and CTA administrators. Agency’s administrators are required to obtain a newly signed form for each card and return a copy of the spreadsheet, marking it as completed, along with signed PFD agreement for each card account by Friday, September 28, 2018.

Please refer to the “Changes to US Bank P-Cards, ETC and CTA Applications and Cardholder Agreements, beginning August 27, 2018” web story for more information regarding these updates to the cardholder agreements. If you have any question, please contact us at [email protected].
