FINAL REMINDER: Purchasing Card (P-Card) Application and Agreement forms (GAO-PC-101) Due November 30, 2018

This is a final reminder for agencies that have not yet submitted their new P-Card Application and Agreement forms (GAO-PC-101) to the General Accounting Office (GAO). 

As mentioned in the “New Purchasing Card Application and Agreement Forms (GAO-PC-101) Due to the General Accounting Office” web story posted on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, agency’s administrators are required to obtain a newly signed Purchasing Card (P-Card) Cardholder Application and Agreement form (GAO-PC-101) for each card account and return a copy of the previously emailed spreadsheet, marking it as completed, to the GAO by Friday, November 30, 2018.  Failure to provide the application and agreement forms may cause cardholder accounts to be inactivated.
