The Fiscal Year-End 2018-2019 (FYE19) Memo and Closing Instructions are available on the GAO Website. To view a copy of the memo and instructions, please visit the GAO website using the link /afis/afis-information.

The memo does not address Non-Commodity Purchase Order (GAEIV1) documents processing in the new fiscal year. The GAO has been working with ADOA/SPO to validate the integration process and will communicate to agencies as soon as information becomes available.

The GAO will be conducting a Year-End Question and Answer session to walk through the contents of the closing instructions and answer agency questions. Agency Chief Financial Officers and Accounting Managers are strongly encouraged to attend. The session will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the ADOA Conference Room 300. Registration is available in the TraCorp Learning Platform. Please reserve your place early as space is limited.
