Agencies requesting alternative allotment schedules for FY16 may submit their detailed change requests as part of the appropriation load process beginning in June. All allotment change requests will be submitted to the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB). As part of the appropriation load process, agencies must use the Event Type of BGE1 and upload the request letter to the Budget Load Document.  Detailed budget load instructions will be released when AFIS is available to load FY16 budgets. Agencies should wait to submit any allotment change requests until the appropriation load process begins in June.
