The GAO 70A overpayment worksheet has been modified as of July 19, 2013 and posted to the GAO website located here: http://www.gao.az.gov/publications/forms. Please download and save the new version of the GAO 70A overpayment worksheet and discard all prior versions.

Modifications to the worksheet include:

• Updated Retirement rates for FY14 and subtraction of FY09 rates.
• Updated Supplemental Benefit rates for FY14.
• Updated Alternate Contribution Rates (ACR) for FY14.
• The previous GAO 70A version did not properly subtract for industrial retirement (pay code 501) when computing net pay. This version corrects this issue.
• HR Pro Rata Change: Deduction code 3802 now calculates 1.07% for payment dates of 9/11/13 and prior. Payment dates of 9/12/13 and forward will calculate at the new HR Pro Rata rate of 0.83%.
• Cell Format: Depending on where the cursor was, there were a number of locked cells in rows 10-16 which might have caused the cursor to advance to the bottom of the form when pressing the down arrow button. Now it properly advances to the Pay section.
