GAO notification for FY22 Revolving Fund Reconciliations

FY22 Revolving Fund Reconciliations were due to the GAO by August 1, 2022. Please submit as soon as possible.

The AFIS FYE 2022 Closing Instructions FYE memo dated April 5, 2022 reads as below:

A copy of the June 30 bank and revolving fund reconciliations must be submitted to the GAO at [email protected] as required by the State of Arizona Accounting Manual, Topic 20, Section 11, Policy number 36 through 36.4.2, no later than August 1, 2022.

A Revolving Fund Reconciliation Form can be found at https://gao.az.gov/publications/forms. Please ensure that the preparer and reviewer either electronically sign the form or e-mail the GAOAFR inbox indicating whether they prepared or reviewed the reconciliation.
