HRIS Availability – June 22 and July 1, 2022

Please note the following impacts to HRIS Availability during key times during this Fiscal Year End (FYE). A calendar of these dates was provided during the Statewide Payroll Meetings on May 25, 2022 and is available in section VII of the Payroll Guide on the GAO website.

HRIS Availability:

Wednesday, June 22: HRIS VIEW ONLY (until 10 a.m.)

In order to allow the General Accounting Office (GAO) to make prior year adjustments, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update from Tuesday, June 21 at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  The system will be available for view only during this time. The YES website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.

Friday, July 1: HRIS VIEW ONLY

In order to make Fiscal Year End updates effective July 5, 2022, HRIS will be unavailable for update all day.  The system will not be available for handwrites. The YES website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.
