Please note the following impacts to HRIS Availability during the transition from Fiscal Year 18 to Fiscal Year 19.

HRIS Availability

Wednesday, June 27 HRIS VIEW ONLY
In order to allow the General Accounting Office (GAO) to make prior year adjustments, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update from Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  The system will be available for view only during this time.  The YES Website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.

Friday, June 29 HRIS VIEW ONLY
In order to modify the subaccount on Multiple Labor Distribution (XR23.3) records from 2018 to 2019, as well as update deductions effective July 1, 2018, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update all day.  The system will not be available for handwrites.  The YES Website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.

Tuesday, July 3 TUESDAY COMPUTE SCHEDULE – HRIS Agency deadline of 2pm
The typical Compute Tuesday schedule will be in place.

Wednesday, July 4 HRIS VIEW ONLY (Independence Day – State Holiday)
HRIS will be available for view only.  Retirement rates effective July 1, 2018 will be updated.  The YES Website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.  HRIS interfaces to AFIS for payroll will occur on July 5, 2018.
