HRIS Availability for May 1-5, 2014

For nearly a year, HRIS system administrators have been planning a major application upgrade to version 9.0.1. It is estimated that the upgrade program itself will take considerable time to execute the conversion, and once performed, additional resources will be needed to validate the upgrade before coming online to process new transactions. Unfortunately, this process cannot be performed using weekend hours alone, like other system maintenance, and a Friday will also be needed for the upgrade.

Therefore, HRIS system administrators are scheduling the system to be unavailable for view and update access from Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 6:00PM until Monday, May 5, 2014 at 6:00AM. During this time, the following will be impacted:

  • HRIS (which also means No Handwrites on Friday, May 2, 2014)
  • YES
  • ETE (Employee Time Entry)
  • H01, H02, and H03 interfaces from AFIS scheduled to process in HRIS Friday night will be delayed until Monday night.

Please plan accordingly.

MAP is scheduled to be available using the “Login to MAP” link on the YES.az.gov website or via the MAP link provided by your agency.
