To allow the General Accounting Office (GAO) to perform the Position Conversion process, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update from June 19, 2020 at 6:00PM to June 22, 2020 at 6:00AM.  During the Position Conversion process, the GAO will update the sub-account on all active Positions (form XP02/ZP02) from 2020 to 2021.  The GAO will also update other labor distribution elements on Positions (form XP02/ZP02) via mass upload, for agencies who have submitted a request.
