You asked for it – and we did it! Interactive users and report developers can now schedule reports in the Statewide folder. Scheduling reports directly from the Statewide folder will help reduce time out issues, improve system performance, and decrease the use of old outdated reports.

All successfully scheduled reports will be held in the system for seven days. Reports should be exported and saved outside of infoAdvantage. Check out our Scheduling Reports in infoAdvantage Quick Reference Guide (QRG) to learn more.

Additionally, we have found that scheduling reports with names longer than 60 characters can cause the report to fail. In order to provide our users with this new powerful feature we have shortened some of the report names in the Statewide folder. To review these changes please use the FIN-AZ-COA-N674 1-Statewide Reports Dictionary report located in the Profiles and Report Dictionary folder.

The following reports have been retired from the Statewide folders:

FIN-AP-0004 Open Items - Pre-Encumbrances

FIN-AP-0008 Open Items - Pre-Encumbrances

FIN-AZ-DCAT-N383 Document Detail - Payment Documents - GAX, PRC and CEC
