The GAO is preparing for the AFIS/infoAdvantage upgrade.  As part of GAO's preparation for the AFIS/infoAdvantage upgrade, GAO performed an audit to discern usage of all Departmental On Demand reports in infoAdvantage (PROD).  Our results indicated that many reports are unused (have not been opened, modified or ran) since May 1, 2017.  These unused reports for each Department's On Demand Reports folder (some listed in below table OR listed in list/link if higher volume) will be removed from infoAdvantage.  Purge of unused Departmental On Demand Reports will begin on November 25, 2018. 

ACTION REQUIRED:

Please review the list below.  If your agency is not listed below, no purge of On Demand Reports will occur. 

**Note: the attached list/link may include reports that are no longer within the Departmental folder.  This may happen because folder content changes daily and some of these reports may already have been deleted by department users.

Email GAO at [email protected] by November 21, 2018 if your agency:

• Requests to retain any of the reports in the lists, or
• Requests to delete other Departmental On Demand reports that are not included in the lists.

Please indicate the report ID, report name and the folder location within your Departmental On Demand folder in your email requests.
