infoAdvantage Scheduled Report Updates

When a user account is deleted from infoAdvantage, all scheduled reports will fail and are removed from the system. When a user is leaving an agency, it is best to have another agency user reschedule any reports prior to their departure to ensure all reports generate successfully. The Quick Reference Guide (QRG) on how to schedule an infoAdvantage report can be found on the GAO website at gao.az.gov under Training/Events, Training Resources, Scheduling Reports in infoAdvantage.

When scheduling a report in infoAdvantage please ensure that you have filled out all of the required and optional prompts to run the report successfully. After clicking the “prompts” in the scheduler, the prompt dialog box may take a few moments to appear, please be patient.
