infoAdvantage Security Change

The upgraded infoAdvantage now has a recycle bin that will retain any deleted items for up to 30 days after deletion. 

Because of this upgrade, our INFO_INTRCT and INFO_DVLPR users are now able to delete any documents within their Departmental On Demand folder.

If any report is accidentally deleted, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following information to aid us in restoring your document:

  1. Name of the document
  2. Date it was deleted
  3. EIN of the employee who deleted it
