The GAO has made the following updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

• AP-N292 – Modified report to include TRAV documents.
• CM-N502s – Created new report to show subfund cash balance net of payments outstanding.
• AM-N357  – Modified report to fix errors in salvage value and depreciation amounts.
• GM-C083  – Removed objects 9111 and 9115.
• CM-C018  –  Removed until Dashboard functionality fixed (post Managed Advantage issue)
• PC-N510 –  Created Purchasing Card - Cardholder Account Listing report and placed in the Statewide P card folder. 
• PC-N511 –  Created Unprocessed Purchasing Card Activity report and placed in the Statewide P card folder. 
• PC-N512 –  Created Paid Purchasing Card Transactions report and placed in the Statewide P card folder. 
• PC-N594 –  Created Pcard AFIS to Bank Reconciliation report and placed in the Statewide P card folder. 
• PC-N595 –  Created Pcard Manager Summary report and placed in the Statewide P card folder

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes.  Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
