The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage: 

• FIN-AZ-AM-N609 Fixed Asset Reconciliation to General Ledger - new report providing summary information for assets by BSA, Posting Code, and Event Type, and a crosswalk to the CAFR Closing Package forms row.

• FIN-AZ-AM-N623 Incorrect Depreciation Expense - new report to list depreciation posting errors (ME Docs not posted to Object 7912) for which Departments need to enter correcting documents.

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
