The GAO has made the following updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

• AP-N505 Payroll Reconciliation by Pay Date  - This report has been rebuilt.  Agencies will need to enter their three letter AFIS agency code in all CAPS.  There will no longer be a prompt showing the list to select the agency.
• FIN-AZ-AM-C049a Fixed Asset Acquisitions by Department and Asset Type - The report will now require agencies to choose whether the asset is a memo asset or not, and a count has been added to the number of FAS documents.
• FIN-AZ-GL-N388 Outstanding Open Items - This report now includes STADJ documents.
