The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

FIN-AZ-GL-N661 CLIFFS Data Entry – New report created to expedite agency efforts to compile data for entry into CLIFFS as part of the annual budget submittal.  A document input control for Grant ID will filter both the CLIFFS tab and the Detail tab (which includes closing classification detail to expedite reconciliation).  Non-grant revenues and expenditures are also included to expedite reconciliation of Revenue and Expenditure totals to the FIN-AZ-GL-N635 BUDDIES Data Entry report. 

OFIN-AZ-COA-N659 Combined Chart of Account Elements by Fiscal Year – New report showing expanded details for the function inference on the Combined tab. It also lists on separate tabs the Chart of Account information for the following: Function Inference, Activity, Appropriation, Function, Program, and Unit.

FIN-AZ-GL-N635 BUDDIES Data Entry – modified the ‘BUDDIES – Exp’ report tab to show the funding sources by Fund Group, and modified the ‘Expenditure Details’ report tab to include more Chart of Account elements and more input controls for dynamic analysis.

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
