infoAdvantage Statewide report updates

The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

NEW FIN-AZ-GL-N629 Fund Charts - Uses InfoADV functionality to present fund data in a data visualization (chart). Empowers rapid analysis at user discretion through use of input controls.

NEW FIN-AZ-GM-N673 Federal Financial Report - Pre-fills the Federal Financial Report for agencies with Federal reporting complexity beyond that met by InfoADV Report FIN-AZ-GM-N663 Federal Financial Report per Grant ID.

NEW FIN-AZ-COA-N674 1-Statewide Reports Dictionary – found in the Profiles and Report Dictionary folder.  Report for users to search for InfoADV Statewide reports to fit a specific reporting need.

NEW FIN-AZ-COA-N678 Fund and Subfund Usage - Report helps identify unused Funds and Subfunds.  This report expedites agency research to locate and "clean-up" unused/unneeded COA elements.

NEW FIN-AZ-COA-N679 Program PPC and Phase Usage - Report helps identify unused Programs, Program Period Codes, and Program Phases.  This report expedites agency research to locate and "clean-up" unused/unneeded COA elements.

NEW FIN-AZ-COA-N680 Unit and Sub Unit Usage - Report helps identify unused Units and Sub-Units.  This report expedites agency research to locate and "clean-up" unused/unneeded COA elements.

NEW FIN-AZ-COA-N681 Activity and Sub Activity Usage - Report helps identify unused Funds and Subfunds.  This report expedites agency research to locate and "clean-up" unused/unneeded COA elements.

MODIFIED FIN-AZ-BG-N140 Budget Activity by OSPB Master List - added a new report tab providing data summarized by Budget Fiscal Year (BFY), Fund, and Appropriation. Also added prompt for Fund.  Input controls for dynamic analysis were added to the new tab.

MODIFIED FIN-AZ-GL-N333 Summarized Revenues and Expenditures by Department, Fund, Appropriation, Unit and Function - Modified to add a new report tab providing data summarized by Budget Fiscal Year (BFY), Fund, and Appropriation. Input controls for dynamic analysis were added to the new tab.

Copies of the modified reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents,” may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.

For quick access to often-used reports, users may create shortcuts from Statewide reports and save the shortcut to their agency On Demand folder, or users may pin the reports to their taskbar in infoAdvantage.
