The GAO has made updates to one Statewide Report in infoAdvantage.

MODIFIED FIN-AZ-GM-C083 Schedule of Expenditure of Federal Awards

The C083-Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards report has been updated for FY21 Single Audit reporting.  The report now consists of 3 financial summary tabs to accommodate stimulus funding; GM-C083 SEFA, GM-C083 CARES, and GM-C083 ARPA.  The financial reporting tabs are driven by the Major Program and Program Categories established within AFIS related to the federal funding source.

• GM-C083 SEFA - This tab summarizes normal grant funding activity that would be established in AFIS with Major Program or Program Categories 01[EX], 05[EX], and 10[EX].
• GM-C083 CARES - This tab summarizes activity specific to the CARES Act stimulus funding that would be established in AFIS with Major Program or Program Categories 14[EX], 15[EX], and 17[EX].
• GM-C083 ARPA - This tab summarizes activity specific to ARPA stimulus funding that would be established in AFIS with Major Program or Program Categories 18[EX] and 19[EX].

Copies of the modified reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents,” may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.

For quick access to often-used reports, users may create shortcuts from Statewide reports and save the shortcut to their agency On Demand folder, or users may pin the reports to their taskbar in infoAdvantage.
