The GAO has made the following updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

• All N338 reports (AP-N338, AP-N338m, AP-N338q, AP-N338y, AR-N338, AR-N338m, AR-N338q, AR-N338y) have been edited to improve performance and runtime.  The reports were also edited to exclude the following posting codes: A366, D023, F020, F021, & F022. The Department Revenue Source field (DRSRC) was added as a column on the AR reports instead of a separate report. The Department Object (DOBJ) was added to the AP reports on the detail tab only. In addition, input controls were added to all reports for additional filters without the need to rerun/refresh the report.
   
• FIN-AZ-SYS-N542 System Performance Measures by User ID has been modified to include doc department code field
   
• FIN-AZ-COA-N597 Event Type and Posting Pair report - new report has been created and is located in the 1-Statewide Reports/Profiles folder. 

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes.  Please remove older copies from your folders and run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.

The GAO has made the following modification of infoAdvantage interactive role: 

• The INFO_INTRCT (interactive user) role will no longer have access to the Design/limited edit capabilities, which included the format and analysis tabs and filters to resolve outstanding role conflicts for the INFO_INTRCT and INFO_DVLPR (Report Developer) roles.
  • Interactive users have the following alternatives:
    • Formatting: export the report and modify in an external application or request that an agency or GAO report developer make the necessary edits
    • Filtering: export the report and filter using an external application or request that an agency or GAO report developer add input controls
