In preparation for loading budgets in support of the FY 2021 Supplemental Appropriations and FY 2022 Appropriations, we suggest the following:

• Enter but do not submit your BGA90 documents. Appropriation budget documents cannot be finalized until the budget bills are chaptered.
• If there is a new appropriation line item for your agency, please complete the Appropriation Profile form and email the completed form to [email protected].
• If there is an exigent business need to make specific expenditures on or around July 1, 2021, please consider entering a BGA90 document specific to these appropriation(s). In addition, please email [email protected] with the document(s) you would like prioritized.

We will make every effort to accommodate these requests in an expeditious manner on a first come, first serve basis.

Full instructions on appropriation budget loads will be disseminated once the budget bills are chaptered.
