We have completed the Financial Table Roll to move the balances from Fiscal Year 15 to Fiscal Year 16.  This allows the BREAZ team to pull the general ledger, project and grant balances for the conversion to the New AFIS.  Limited transactions will be processed by the State Treasurer’s Office, Department of Revenue and the GAO after June 30th, 2015.  The general user community has view access only (User Class 99).  Data query and Control-D Web reports continue to be available until December 31st, 2015. 

All outstanding batches in H0, H1 and H3 status will be deleted today and reports of such will be sent to the impacted agencies for reprocessing in the New AFIS.  Any outstanding batch in P2 and P4 status will be cancelled today by the GAO.

June was closed in Legacy AFIS yesterday and June reports are still currently decollating to Control-D Web and will be available as the decollation continues to process throughout the day.  June data extracts are available for download, so please download them at your earliest convenience.

Fixed asset depreciation run for June in Legacy AFIS, which was originally scheduled for Friday, June 26th, was rescheduled to run on Monday, July 6th.
