Mass Liquidation of Open ProcureAZ Documents in AFIS

As all integrations between AFIS and ProcureAZ are no longer active, the AFIS Operations group has begun the mass liquidation process of all open ProcureAZ Requisition (RQPZ1) and Purchase Order (POPZ1) documents in AFIS.  The liquidation process takes place directly in AFIS and can take several days and possibly weeks depending on the volume of budget and/or chart of account (COA) errors

The AFIS Operations group is also looking into outstanding payment requests from ProcureAZ (PRCPZ1) that are currently on AFIS Disbursement Request (DISRQ) Page to ensure they are cleared timely.

Agencies will be seeing CBDL (Commodity Based Document Lapse) documents on your agency’s Document Catalog as the mass liquidation process is occurring. They are the documents produced from the mass liquidation process to close open RQPZ1 and POPZ1 documents directly in AFIS.  Agencies are not required to take action on CBDL documents, but will be asked to fix the budget and/or chart of account (COA) errors as needed.

AFIS Operations group’s target date to complete the mass liquidation process is January 25 2019.  Please contact your AFIS liaison if you have any questions.
