Monthly fixed asset depreciation will process this weekend for July, and the following weekend for August.  Depreciation will not post for any fixed asset that has a document pending.  In order to ensure that depreciation is posted for all in service depreciable assets, please ensure that any pending fixed asset documents for these assets are completed prior the depreciation batch run. 

In addition to this web story, a broadcast will be sent out in AFIS with this same message.  For subsequent months only a broadcast will go out notifying users that any pending fixed asset documents should be completed prior to the depreciation batch run.
