A new Quick Reference Guide (QRG): Process a Fixed Asset (FD) Document with Negative Depreciation has been published.  This QRG provides guidance on why there is negative depreciation and how to correct it in order to resubmit the FD and get the document to final status. 

The new QRG can be found on the GAO website under the Training Resources tab in the Asset Management Business Area.
