A new interactive report has been developed to assist agencies with the payroll reconciliation process. The report – ‘Payroll Reconciliation by Pay Date – FIN-AZ-AP-N505’ – can be accessed via the ‘1 - Statewide’ folder in infoAdvantage.
The report provides a listing of all payroll transactions (PEDF1 documents), with totals categorized by status – posted or rejected. The report includes the following elements:
- Pay Date
- Document Id
- Object Class
- Program Period
- Program Phase
