Technical Bulletin 15-01 has been rescinded and replaced by Technical Bulletin 15-02.  Among the changes are: the extension of time to enter into eCivis information related to grants that began before March 1, 2015, from before February 28 to on or before March 13, 2015; and, a clarification of the requirement to use eCivis for the entry of grants.
