The General Accounting Office (GAO) posted the closing packages and associated memorandum, Fiscal Year 2025 Closing Package Requirements, with due dates for fiscal year 2025 reporting. Visit the GAO website to view the closing packages and memorandum. Submitted closing package information will be used in the preparation of the State of Arizona’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. Efforts to adhere to the closing package due dates are greatly appreciated. Take note of the changes implemented for fiscal year 2025 and read and understand the closing packages before submission. Note that GASB 101 – Compensated Absences is effective for fiscal year 2025 reporting.  Accordingly, the Compensated Absences Closing Package has been updated as a result of GASB 101 implementation.
