We have modified or added items in the InfoAdv Production Statewide reports folder.  If you have copied versions of the modified reports to your agency On Demand folder, you may want to copy the updated version anew into your On Demand folder.

FIN-AZ-GL-C016 Transfer Report

The following changes were made to the report:

• Added columns and input controls for these objects: doc function description and doc phase description.
• Changed logic to display missing ITI doc IDs/information.
• Modified report description.

The following changes were made to the report:

• The report is now In Excel format.
• Changed default on Memo asset prompt to “No”
• The Fund, Unit, and Asset Type are now input controls rather than query prompts.
• Function, Fund, Object, Program, and Unit are now derived, i.e., either the responsibility center or accounting line element based on responsibility center flag.
