The State of Arizona, which includes all agencies, is required to become PCI Compliant. Every agency within the State of Arizona that accepts credit cards as a form of payment will fall under the rules and regulations set forth by the PCI Security Standards Council. The State Treasurer’s Office, which holds all of the State of Arizona banking contracts, is tasked with working with each agency and an audit firm for PCI compliance. We will be reaching out to the agencies to schedule calls, questionnaires, and onsite assessments.
