The Form GAO-COOP-101, Agency/Division Emergency P-Card Limit Request, is to be used to request increased P-Card spending limits, if such an increase is necessitated by unplanned expenses incurred to combat the spread of COVID-19.  The Form GAO-COOP-101 may be downloaded from /publications/forms.

Once completed, the form is to be forwarded to the agency’s GAO liaison as an email attachment.
