To assist AFIS and Procure AZ users (primarily Accounts Payable) with the monthly use tax process, a QRG for the Monthly Process of Collecting and Paying Use Tax has been developed to help explain and provide guidance for the use tax process.  This QRG contains information about the steps that are necessary to collect and pay use tax, as well as, helpful information about useful reports and corrections.  This QRG is replacing the existing QRG titled, Process an IETUT.
