Technical Bulletin Number 13-03, “Revised Statewide Formatting Guidelines for SEFA Reporting,” supersedes Technical Bulletin Number 10-08. These format changes increase compliance with both Federal guidelines and the suggestions of the Auditor General and are to be incorporated for Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards prepared for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013.
