In an effort to have an efficient year-end, certain deadlines will be implemented for State Agencies to claim deposits from April and May. Any deposits not claimed by the deadlines will be processed as favorable adjustments, STADJ documents, through AFIS.  The deadlines are as follows:

• Last day to bring in April deposits will be Friday, June 8th by 1 pm.  The Treasurer’s Office will begin processing outstanding deposits and wires as favorable the week of June 11th.
• Last day to bring in May deposits will be Friday, June 15th by 1 pm.  The Treasurer’s Office will begin processing outstanding deposits and wires as favorable the week of June 18th.
