YES/TRACORP USER REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION
YES Users are State employees who are assigned an Employee Identification Number (EIN) by the State of Arizona and have access to Your Employee Services (YES), the State's Web Based Portal to view and maintain employee data.
Non-YES User Registration & Cancellation
Non-YES Users are NOT assigned an Employee Identification Number (EIN) by the State of Arizona and DO NOT have access to YES. These may include: Contractors, volunteers, interns, temporary workers, board members, etc.
Both YES and Non-YES users have access to register for courses in TRACORP. While a YES user is already established with a user profile in TRACORP, a non-YES user will need to have a user profile created by his or her User Group Administrator (UGA). Not all courses will be assigned to a user. You may need to self-register for your required courses. Please refer to GAO help guide for self-registration to a course for further directions.
Pre-Requisites
Pre-Requisites for the End User Training courses are activated in TraCorp to allow users to plan and register for all of their Required Training. Please ensure the Pre-Requisite courses are scheduled before other courses for End User Training.

Required Training
Prior to receiving initial access, you must complete the foundational CBT(s) for the system you will be using. Once you have received your initial access, you have between a 60 - 90 day grace period to complete the remainder of the required training. The grace period ends the end of the second month following receipt of access. For example, if you receive access anytime in January, your grace period would conclude at the end of March. Training must be completed by the end of the grace period in order to retain your access. All completed courses will be viewed in your TraCorp transcript.
Note: The AFIS_NB_S:Navigation basics CBT course must be successfully completed before taking any of the AFIS classroom courses.
