GAO Training Courses and Pre-Requisite Listing (full listing)
Prior to receiving initial access, you must complete the foundational CBT(s) for the system you will be using. Once you have received your initial access, you have a grace period to complete the remainder of the required training. The grace period ends the end of the second month following receipt of access. For example, if you receive access in January, your grace period would conclude at the end of March. Training must be completed by the end of the grace period in order to retain your access.
There are sometimes issues with the CBTs posting to YES. Please check your YES transcript one day after completing the training. If the course completion does NOT show, immediately email the certificates received at the end of training to [email protected] so that your training record can be manually updated. Once the course appears on your transcript, please submit it with the UDOC requesting initial access.
