The Arizona State Treasurer’s Office is working with Bank of America Merchant Services to update the name on the Agency’s Merchant Account ID (MID), which will affect what appears on customer’s receipts and banking statements.  We are adding the AFIS three-digit alpha code to the beginning of the name to help identify the agency.  The field length is only 22 characters including spaces, therefore some abbreviations needed to occur.  While we were making these modifications, we also updated many addresses to reflect the recent moves many agencies have had.  Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
