Beginning Monday, June 19,  agencies can begin processing and finalizing (triggering integration to AFIS) FY 2018 Requisitions (RQPZ1) and Purchase Orders (POPZ1) documents in ProcureAZ.  Payment requests from ProcureAZ (PRCPZ1) cannot be processed until 07/01.

RQPZ1s and POPZ1s created in FY 2016 can only be processed until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 16.  Please follow the instructions below to properly handle RQPZ1s and POPZ1s created in FY 2016.

• Agencies will have until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 16 to either liquidate, issue payment, or recreate it in FY 2017 using the initial chart of account elements used on RQPZ1 and POPZ1.  Any document that is not fully liquidated or recreated by Friday, June 16 will be stuck in ProcureAZ.
   
• Open POPZ1 documents that are associated with appropriations that have end dates of ? 6/30/17 will be lapsed on July 14, 2017 in AFIS as part of fiscal year-end close.  GAO can provide a list of open RQPZ1 and POPZ1 documents initiated from ProcureAZ that are associated with appropriations with end dates ? 6/30/17.  If agencies wish to have these closed out on the ProcureAZ side, they will need to close out manually in ProcureAZ first.  There will not be a mass lapse process available in ProcureAZ.  Please contact [email protected] if you would like to receive the list.
   
• If agencies run into true integration errors when liquidating RQPZ1 and POPZ1 documents created in FY 2016, please complete the Standard Form-Manual Liquidation and send to the ProcureAZ Help Desk Support at [email protected] for assistance.  You must attempt to liquidate the document in ProcureAZ first and list any error received on the excel spreadsheet or the form will be returned.
