An update to the Quick Reference Guide (QRG): Disposing of a Fixed Asset – Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed has been posted to the GAO website.  This QRG now provides additional guidance on the required attachments, disposition methods, and disposition codes to use when recording an FD document in AFIS.

The updated QRG can be found on the AFIS Training Resources page under the Functional Area Asset Management in the Quick Reference Guides (QRG) section.
